AFVANET logs information about our visitors for purposes of creating statistic reports at a system level. In other words we capture the IP address, date, time, and page visited. Our systems gather information from your computer and stores it into a cookie that is stored into your machine in the system directory dedicated for that. This information is used together with our online webstore and online systems to be able to bypass pages or to prepare the data that interacts with our cart system. Also, we store information from our subscription or contact information forms for our internal customer care use. When buying online, the transaction information is stored for proper billing and proof of purchase. We do not use, disclose, or sell this information to third parties.

Our systems are protected by using firewalls and specialized software to avoid intruders infiltrating into our databases. Also, when collecting information from our subscriptions or online forms, it is encrypted using SSL between the client machine and our servers. Or, in particular cases the information is encrypted using the strongest encryption algorithms allowed.

All the information gathered from our customers, directly or indirectly, is considered confidential and private. We do not make it available to third parties or to other customers using our systems. From time to time, we might ask for information when subscribing to some of our services, and might be used to inform you of new products and services offered.
